Knowledge of Python or other programming languages is a plus here.</li><li>Compliance: Ensuring that the instrumentation meets relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Develop and implement control strategies to optimize the performance and efficiency of the DAC process.</li><div><br></div><li>Work closely with our software teams to enable the collection of data for aggregation and generation of a carbon credit. </li><li>Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to instrumentation and control systems.</li><li>Prepare technical documentation, including system designs, wiring diagrams, equipment lists, commissioning lists, and operation manuals.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.</li><li>Stay abreast of the latest advancements in electrical engineering, control systems, and direct air capture technologies.</li></ul><h3>An ideal candidate has: </h3><ul><li>In-depth knowledge of various sensors and meters used in industrial processes.</li><li>Familiarity with calibration procedures and standards.</li><li>Experience in designing and implementing control systems.</li><li>Understanding of data acquisition and analysis for process optimization.</li><li>Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in industrial settings.</li><li>Problem-solving skills for addressing issues related to sensor malfunctions or inaccuracies.</li><li>Collaboration skills for working with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, control systems engineering, or related fields.
