The Role

As an early-stage company with a close-knit team, ISeeChange is looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll play a crucial role in developing and evolving our product line. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for steering our product strategy in alignment with our mission and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies, ensuring alignment with our vision for climate resilience.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to translate complex user data and client needs into compelling product solutions.
  • Drive the entire product lifecycle, from concept to market launch, ensuring products meet both user needs and business objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, incorporating them into product development.
  • Utilize your strong product marketing experience to effectively position and promote our products.
  • Manage performance metrics, anticipate market shifts, and make strategic decisions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and agility within the product development team.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup or small-team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across various teams.
