The Role

As our Head of Sales, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our impact. Your mission is to drive our sales initiatives, targeting primarily government sectors, and establish ISeeChange as the primary resource for climate adaptation technology. With your expertise, we aim to deepen our footprint in existing markets and break ground in new ones.

Key Responsibilities

• Government Sector Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies focused on government clients, understanding their unique needs and decision-making processes.
• Lead by Example: Initially, you'll personally secure key government contracts, using these successes to refine our approach.
• Team Building: Subsequently, recruit, train, and mentor a sales team, imparting your expertise in government sector sales.
• Collaborative Strategy Development: Work alongside Product and Customer Success teams to ensure our solutions align with government clients' requirements.
• Data-Driven Oversight: Utilize CRM tools for accurate forecasting and to gain insights into government sector trends.

Your Expertise

• Proven success in closing six-figure deals, particularly in government sector SaaS sales.
• Deep understanding of government procurement processes and contract negotiations.
• Prior experience building and leading sales teams with a focus on government clients.
• Agile and innovative problem-solving skills, suited to a dynamic startup environment.
• Strong communication abilities, crucial for liaising with government officials and internal teams.
• Passionate about climate change mitigation and adaptation solutions.
