Role Description
Join Fewton as a Growth Marketer and contribute to a fast-growing, remote-first climate tech company that's equipping organisations with the insights and ecosystem they need to engage critically with sustainability. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for growing the traffic and leads to Fewton Platform. The ideal candidate is a growth marketing aficionado who is analytical and data-driven but also highly creative. You pride yourself in having a strong track record of planning, building and managing experiments for paid and organic acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Conduct A/B testing to create data-driven strategies for hitting key metrics and engaging all funnels
- Execute high-converting marketing strategies based on data analytics
- Identify opportunities to scale business, acquire new customers, and drive customer retention
- Oversee paid search and social acquisitions
- Launch or enhance referral marketing programs
- Coordinate across SEO, digital marketing, social media, design, email marketing, and other marketing teams’ initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams for trial conversion and activation rate improvement
- Forecast, measure, and analyse digital campaign performance across the funnel
- Develop content for email and social marketing campaigns
- Improve and maintain our websites

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role in a B2B SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management
- Knowledge in sustainability
- Excellent English communication skills
