Skeleton's Project and Account Management team is looking for a driven

Key Account Manager

with the vision to match our ambition.

In this role, your role is to engage with the customers - understand their main needs, expand the cooperation, and ensure the on-time delivery of the correct products and services.

Your tasks in the net zero journey:

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers on time.
  • Negotiate and renegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve customer issues and problems and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity for all Sales Operations systems.


Requirements

We don’t expect to master it all. At Skeleton, you’ll have the support of the team and we work together to achieve our goals. However, there are requirements you should be able to fulfill to succeed in this role:

  • Proven experience as a key account manager in the Energy sector or one of our main industries (Automotive, Grid, Off-road, and Industrial).
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to review and negotiate contractual topics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Team player; ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with cross-functional teams.
  • High business acumen.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or technical relevant field.
  • Fluency in English and German (verbal and written).
