Our client is accelerating the energy transition by purchasing energy to enable other entities to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions in a more cost effective way.
Role Overview
Our client seeks a Director of Account Management to manage the execution of energy delivery, lead the the organization’s programs & provide member support. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively with both internal & external stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage business relationships
- Spearhead the execution of programs
- Work collaboratively with third party energy suppliers
- Assess organization activities & recommend strategic plan revisions
- Manage budgets & strategies
- Achieve organization’s target objectives
- Oversee & support team members
- Monitor key performance indicators
- Prepare reports on a consistent basis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, such as business, engineering or sustainability
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in the energy industry as well as account management
- Ability to develop & maintain strong relationships
- Experience with customer relationship management systems
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to manage complex sales
- Exceptional analytical skills
