The Project Coordinator serves as liaison between project team members and the program manager by communicating project specific assignments, supporting program operations, and monitoring the progress of program objectives. Primary Functions:Planning: Supports the program manager in developing project or program plans and project schedules, and allocating resources. Organizes, attends, and participates in stakeholder meetings as assigned. Documents and follows-up on action items and decisions from meetings. Prepares presentation materials for meetings. In this entry level role, you will develop your skills in lead generation through cold calling and networking to make a meaningful difference in CET's important environmental mission. Outreach Associate

<div><div><a href="https://www.cetonline.org/">CET</a> is looking for an Outreach Coordinator for programs designed to improve the energy efficiency performance and decarbonization of commercial and industrial facilities. The Outreach Coordinator will provide lead generation through cold calling, networking, and/or site visits, as well as account management for CET’s existing customer base. This position will provide outreach, education and technical assistance throughout the sales process, traveling to CT, MA, and RI for events when needed.  Job Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Applies knowledge and experience of assigned program(s) to identify leads and manage prospects. Using a sales-driven approach with a well-crafted delivery, explains CET’s mission and the waste management and reduction opportunities for customers.</li><li>Establishes rapport and provides customer service over the phone or in person. Synthesizes complex concepts into a simple, easy to understand language, while conveying CET’s principles and values to customers.</li><li>Effectively communicates with clients to secure agreement on CET deliverables, share project pipelines and ensure a clear and concise delivery of messages. Ensures deliverables and client requests are met in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Maintains active and ongoing communication with the program operations and management teams. Provides consistent updates in regards to status of projects and deliverables, service failures or customer and client concerns.</li><li>May need to travel through assigned region.</li><li>Ability to speak Spanish required.</li></ul> What We OfferThis is a full-time hourly non-exempt position.
