This role will be responsible for empowering onsite resources to consistently meet production KPIs through AMP technology training, facility configuration optimization, regular facility software updates, and proactive + continuous performance monitoring.The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in process engineering and/or field engineering, experience performing facility scale validation testing, a history of working with production operators, and demonstrated examples of data-backed decision making in a process engineering environment.  The candidate should also have hands-on experience with mechanical equipment, hydraulics, motors &amp; Additional duties will be to support the scheduling and oversight of all corrective and preventative maintenance for equipment in use on the production floor, managing maintenance equipment and spare inventory. This position requires a hands-on, knowledgeable, highly responsive team player who brings maintenance expertise, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to the organization. There will be some initial travel to our Louisville, CO headquarters for the first few months.This person will be laying out industrial equipment and designing full recycling facilities as well as optimizing plant layout for safety, flow, cost and overall operations.
