This role reports to a product lead and will collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including other product managers, engineers, data scientists, sales, solutions engineering, client success, and strategy.What you’ll do:<ul><li>Uncover insights from analytics, user research, market research, and input from cross-functional partners</li><li>Test proposed product strategy against customer needs and market gaps identified through user interviews</li><li>Refine near-term priorities into concrete product requirements based on suggested strategic direction</li><li>Be a subject matter expert in your area; you will be the “go-to” person within the company to answer questions about product capabilities and future plans</li><li>Define, prioritize, build, launch, document, and iterate on new product features through the lens of hypotheses and validation of those hypotheses</li><li>Partner closely with other product teams to deliver against key strategic priorities</li><li>Balance long-term bets with short-term improvements, optimizing for speed of learning and time to impact</li><li>Bring a fresh perspective to our team, offering suggestions we haven’t considered, pointing out problems that need to be solved, and helping us move forward in our mission</li></ul>What you bring: <ul><li>2-4 years of software product management experience or equivalent transferable experience with a proven ability to break down complex problems into incremental product solutions</li><li>Demonstrated experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills, and a proactive communication style</li><li>Ability to think strategically and make tough prioritization decisions</li><li>Analytical abilities to frame the impact of your work</li><li>A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity</li><li>Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and driving positive environmental impact</li><li>(Preferred) Basic data analysis skills, including ability to write SQL queries</li><li>(Preferred) Experience working with electric utilities, batteries, IoT, or related industry</li></ul><h2>Why work for EnergyHub?</h2><ul><li>Collaborate with outstanding people: Our employees work hard, do great work, and enjoy collaborating and learning from each other. </li><li>Make an immediate impact: New employees can expect to be given real responsibility for bringing new technologies to the marketplace.
