Review, draft, negotiate, and interpret commercial contracts (e.g., SaaS/subscription agreements, data services agreements, professional and consulting services agreements, NDAs, power purchase agreements) with a wide variety of counterparties (renewable energy developers, corporate and industrial renewable energy purchasers, independent renewable energy advisors, software vendors, and other contractors).</li><li>Product Counsel. Be a trusted legal and strategic advisor for our sales, product, and operations teams on legal issues associated with existing and new product offerings and features related to our SaaS platform.</li><li>Compliance. Manage specific aspects of our compliance function; develop and maintain related internal policies and procedures.</li><li>Manage and oversee outside counsel in multiple jurisdictions and areas of subject matter expertise.</li><li>Foster an internal corporate culture of ethical conduct, sound legal and business practices, and prudent strategic behavior consistent with the Company’s business objectives.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience as in-house counsel or with a leading law firm.
