You’ll review emissions analysis and be responsible for maintaining and updating key parts of our methodology according to the latest accounting guidance and science. Client Engagement Managers facilitate</span><span style="font-size:11.5pt;"> major projects and coordinate across teams and stakeholders</span><span style="font-size:11pt;">, but are also expected to be stand-alone contributors.</span></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Managing client engagements, acting as the liaison between business and science</li><li>Developing and refining statements of work</li><li>Leading project management and ensuring that key milestones are achieved</li><li>Gaining leadership and cross-team buy-in internally </li><li>Determining what deliverables look like and keeping track of timelines to ensure deadlines are met</li><li>Advising and presenting to senior client executives</li><li>Acquiring deep knowledge within the firm’s target industries and functions</li><li>Creating strong analytical deliverables that enhances client service</li><li>Developing coherent messaging and communicating effectively to multiple audiences</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Work experience, ideally with time spent in a position at a consulting firm or managing client engagements in an analogous role</li><li>Experience in consulting business development (e.g., problem solving on client needs, creating proposals and case studies)</li><li>Experience developing and delivering client presentations/communications</li><li>Experience in finance and/or market development (dedicated experience in carbon or renewables markets is a plus)</li><li>Ability to translate scientific findings and recommendations into business insights</li><li>Ability to contribute across multiple functions of the team (e.g., high-level communication, deck refinement, analysis)</li><li>Outstanding track record of success in past professional and academic endeavors</li><li>Experience in a relevant scientific field a plus</li><li>Experience communicating with scientists/academics a plus </li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:24px;">Benefits</span></div><div><br></div><div>While we love our work, our lives aren’t defined by it.
