We have kicked off the engineering and construction of a Demonstration Plant to be deployed at a customer site, and you will be supporting the RD&amp;D related to this and future systems. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of RD&amp;D projects, overseeing experimental design, analysis, and piloting to develop and scale-up Travertine’s technology. The successful candidate will have proven abilities to manage pilot process design, analyze experimental data, and </span><b style="font-size:11pt;">translate experimental results into scalable processes</b><span style="font-size:11pt;">. The successful candidate will have the ability to strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) encompassing a variety of procedures, with a commitment to detail and accuracy is a requirement of this position. As a technician works closely with researchers, engineers, and lab management in a professional work environment, reliability and a well-developed ability to communicate both orally and written, are required. </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">For consideration of the position, candidates must have a working understanding of fundamental chemistry concepts to safely handle tasks associated with high accuracy chemical analysis. Candidates must be able to follow operating procedures and adhere to good lab practice principles with a commitment to detail and accuracy. The Grants and Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and submitting grant proposals to a variety of funding organizations, including federal, state, and private foundations.
