Join our team as Director of Software Engineering and build a new software product that enables buildings to take the next step in sustainability. Our software solution builds upon our high efficiency heat pump platform and will enable saving energy through intelligent heating and cooling, will reduce the total cost of ownership of HVAC with fleet performance dashboards, predictive maintenance and data driven troubleshooting, and will support the grid with dynamic energy controls.At Gradient, our mission is to provide planet positive building comfort.
