<h4>POSITION SUMMARY</h4>
<p>The Climate Reality Project is seeking an experienced, passionate, and strategic fundraising professional to expand the organization&rsquo;s fundraising efforts and provide critical support to the Advancement Department.</p>
<p>The Senior Manager, Advancement will be responsible for both personnel management and direct major donor fundraising. They will manage personnel responsible for mid-level giving, prospect research, and operations, supporting the success of key department verticals that lead to a successful major gift program. They will also develop and manage a portfolio of current and prospective major donors and family foundations, focusing on increasing revenue from 5-6 figure funding partners.</p>
<p>Currently reporting to the Vice President, Advancement, the Senior Manager, Advancement has three direct reports.</p>
<p><strong>This is a hybrid position, currently expected to work from Climate Reality&rsquo;s downtown DC office at least two days per week.&nbsp;The salary for the role is $119,822/year. &nbsp;</strong></p>
<h4>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</h4>
<p>Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:</p>
<p><strong>Management &ndash; 55%</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage personnel responsible for mid-level giving, prospect research, and operations,&nbsp;ensuring that each vertical is executing on their functions and employing effective fundraising strategies.</li>
<li>Manage Prospect Research &amp; Development Manager, overseeing the department&rsquo;s prospect research strategy, culminating in a steady flow of prospects to major, institutional, and principal gift portfolios, as well as effective portfolio management and prospect analytics.</li>
<li>Manage Charitable Giving Manager, overseeing a new mid-level giving program, ensuring increased revenue from 4-5 figure donors and a strong pipeline of donors into the major gifts program.</li>
<li>Manage Advancement Operations Associate, ensuring integrity of data entry, compliance of processes, grants management, and administrative duties.</li>
<li>In collaboration with Vice President, Advancement and People Department, develops and ensures department staff have training and professional development opportunities.</li>

<li>Develop and manage a portfolio of current and prospect major donors and family foundations ($10,000 - $50,000), executing strategies for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.</li>

<li>Work alongside Vice President, Advancement on execution of institutional foundation giving opportunities.</li>
<li>Work alongside Vice President, Advancement and fundraising consultant to execute on event fundraising opportunities.</li>

<p>The People Department Senior Manager provides leadership and hands-on solutions in response to HR needs throughout the organization. The Senior Manager works under the supervision of the Director of People and with the support of the SVP Of Operations to drive key areas of the People Department&rsquo;s work, including talent acquisition, operations, and employee engagement. They assist in implementing the HR strategy for the organization and serve as a subject matter expert and human resource business partner across all programs and departments. They provide day to day supervision and mentoring of the People &amp; HR Generalist and as needed manage external consultants and temporary staff.</p>

<p>POSITION OVERVIEW:</p>
<p>The People Department is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Payroll &amp; Benefits Associate. The role administers the activities relating to the organization&rsquo;s payroll, benefits and HRIS processing including developing, implementing, and monitoring (e.g., performing internal audit and control procedures to ensure that all wages and taxes are accurate). The individual will be the company&rsquo;s subject matter expert and will be the first point of contact with all payroll, benefits, and HRIS administration.</p>
<p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>
<p><strong>Payroll</strong></p>

<li>Coordinate with third party administrator to manage disability claims according to the plan.</li>

<h1>Position Summary</h1>
<p>The Climate Reality Project is seeking an experienced prospect researcher to expand the organization&rsquo;s fundraising efforts and provide critical support to the Advancement Department. The Prospect Research &amp; Development Manager will execute the department&rsquo;s prospect research strategy, including pipeline development and portfolio management, conduct prospect research, as well as provide strategic direction to senior management on prospective donors with major gift and principal gift capacity. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a prospect research program, while working independently and collaboratively with a small fundraising team.</p>
<p>Currently reporting to the VP of Advancement, the Prospect Research &amp; Development Manager has no direct reports. &nbsp;</p>
<h4><strong>This is a hybrid position, currently expected to work from Climate Reality&rsquo;s downtown DC office at least two days per week. The salary for the role is $85,437 year.</strong></h4>
<h1>Duties and Responsibilities</h1>

<p><strong>Prospect Research &amp; Identification &ndash; 55%</strong></p>

<li>Develops, executes, and leads the organization&rsquo;s prospect research strategy, identifying and qualifying prospects to support Climate Reality&rsquo;s work.</li>
<li>Directs and leads research workflow and scope of work of research team members, including the management of research consultant.</li>
<li>Leads and conducts in-depth research on prospective individual donors and foundations for significant financial impact, utilizing wealth and propensity screenings, relationship mapping science tools, public records, and other sources. Significant emphasis placed on identification of new external prospects regionally or by issue to support organizational programming and priorities.</li>
<li>Synthesizes research to develop concise and thorough research reports, profiles, briefing documents, and recommendations for President/CEO, Chairman, board members, and gift officers.</li>
<li>Fulfills timely research requests for leadership as requested.</li>
<li>Actively identifies and qualifies institutional giving prospects and opportunities.</li>
<li>Becomes familiar and well-versed in current supporters and their background, and proactively share up to date information, current events, and opportunities with gift officers and leadership.</li>

Director of Climate & Environmental Justice (Hybrid)

<h4><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></h4>
<p>The International Program Senior Manager is responsible for implementation of and advising on The Climate Reality Project&rsquo;s team strategy and general operations. This position will support the execution of programs, relationships with Climate Reality&rsquo;s 10 regional branches, and grants on behalf of the organization. This position will also support strategic visioning to build cohesiveness across branch programs and provide an operational structure for over 25,000 Climate Reality Leaders across the world. This position will report to the Director of International Programs and will be responsible for managing the team&rsquo;s progress towards objectives, key results, and theories of change, as well as serving as a resource for the team&rsquo;s execution of cohesive and sustainable global programs to build public support in addressing the climate crisis.</p>
<p>The Climate Reality Project&rsquo;s international branch program supports and coordinates 10 branch offices and one partnership globally as they engage Climate Reality Leaders in their country/region and implement their own programs, projects, and campaigns. Branches are hosted in countries and regions that have held Climate Reality Leadership Corps Training events in order to establish and maintain localized support for Climate Reality Leaders in the area. They establish programs and campaigns for making impact and generating positive change with Climate Reality Leader involvement, including communications, policy, grassroots mobilization, education, and more.</p>
<p>Currently reporting to the International Program Director, the International Program Senior Manager has two direct reports. &nbsp;</p>
<p>The salary for the role is $92,395 annually.</p>
<h4><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h4>
<p><strong>General</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span lang="EN-GB" xml:lang="EN-GB">Work with the Director to build a strategic vision for the organization&rsquo;s global growth and structure of international branch system.</span></li>
<li>Advise implementation of global programs, including but not limited to Climate Reality Leadership Corps Trainings and 24 Hours of Reality.</li>
<li>Guide branch grant strategies toward outputs that align with Climate Reality&rsquo;s international goals.</li>
<li>With other team members, research and recommend branch office growth strategies.</li>
<li>Manage and support growth of a small staff of professionals with who lead on operations and evaluation, global climate policy, and diversity and justice initiatives. This includes advocating for the International Team internally, building an environment of trust, and committing to an openness to support development of programs.</li>
<li>Identify new models for measuring success and supervise their transition into concrete reporting metrics.</li>
<li>Develop tools that clearly display progress towards goals and relevant data/information necessary to achieve those goals.</li>
<li>Identify potential funders and develop details of funding proposals with branch staff.</li>
<li>Work effectively across teams within the organization to help provide greater global support and amplification for our Climate Reality Leaders.</li>
<li>Manage workload for International Team interns as applicable.</li>

<h4><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES</strong></h4>

<li>Experience in a cross-cultural environment including working knowledge of environmental justice in different cultures</li>
<li>Leadership experience in global climate change campaigns including communications/media, budgeting, and movement build</li>
<li>Experience working on diverse international campaigns that include cohesive narratives and building of global communities.</li>
<li>A demonstrated understanding of climate change policy and geopolitics.</li>
<li>Additional language proficiency, particularly Portuguese or Japanese.</li>
<li>Fundraising and/or grant administration experience.</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li>
