Six months from now, this seat should mean every qualified opportunity in your markets has one person accountable for it, and the pattern of what actually wins is written down rather than held in someone's head.You'll report to Enode's VP of Revenue, who leads sales, customer success, customer engineering, marketing and partnerships. You'll join a team of account executives, working alongside customer success on the accounts you win and directly with our customer engineering managers through technical validation on every deal.You will carry a number and shape how we sell at the same time. Partnerships is a small senior team of four people, and you will directly shape how we operate.In this role, you will:<ul style=""><li>Source, negotiate, and close new OEM partnerships end-to-end, from first conversation to signed agreement</li><li>Grow and retain existing OEM partners, making sure they see real value from working with Enode</li><li>Identify and sell new products to OEMs, opening up new revenue streams</li><li>Develop and improve the partnerships playbook, including redesigning processes using AI</li><li>Build with AI as a normal part of how you work, from partner research through to scoping and recaps, and turn what you learn into tools, skills and processes the rest of the team picks up, so the leverage is shared rather than personal.</li><li>Represent Enode at industry events, conferences, and on panels</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver on partner commitments and improve our platform</li></ul><h2>This role will be right for you, if:</h2>To thrive at Enode, you believe the energy transition is the defining infrastructure problem of the next decade. If you're not fully there yet, you're eager to get there fast.</li><li>You are an excellent problem solver and strategic thinker, with the ability to manage complex projects</li><li>You have strong negotiation and diplomatic skills</li><li>You are comfortable navigating technical, commercial, and legal conversations with a range of stakeholders</li><li>You are well-organised and independent</li><li>You have at least 5 years of experience in business development/partnerships, ideally in B2B software or energy.
