About the role:

CHOOOSE supports our partners in providing their customers with one-click access to climate solutions including Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), carbon removals, and verified offsets. We work closely with our partners to understand their diverse technical requirements, and to identify and vet the climate solutions that best fit their needs.
&nbsp;
SAF is a critical lever for decarbonizing aviation, and a core climate solution in CHOOOSE&rsquo;s partnerships in the travel, transportation, shipping, and logistics sectors. To this end, CHOOOSE is looking for an individual who will understand our partners&rsquo; SAF programs, identify the key problems they have, guide CHOOOSE product development with these insights, and ultimately determine how CHOOOSE&rsquo;s platform can make our partner&rsquo;s ongoing SAF management more efficient and streamlined. More generally, the SAF lead will serve as both a SAF subject matter expert and a SAF commercial manager.&nbsp;

CHOOOSE supports our Partners in providing their customers with one-click access to a range of climate solutions &ndash; in the form of carbon removals, verified offsets, and Sustainable Aviation Fuel. As an essential member of our Climate Solutions team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues on CHOOOSE&rsquo;s Carbon Operations and Commercial teams to understand customer needs, identify and diligence the various carbon reduction projects (both avoiding future emissions and removing past emissions), and present top-quality solution portfolios. We are looking for candidates that are climate-impact oriented, knowledgeable about the multiple sectors that can contribute to a lower-carbon future: renewable energy, energy efficiency, waste management, forestry, and agriculture and have a good understanding of the complexities of the voluntary carbon market. The ideal candidate is passionate about environmental integrity, and preferably has a background in science or a technical field but can clearly explain technical concepts to non-scientists.
Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct due diligence on individual carbon offsetting projects, helping CHOOOSE to support our partners in building only the most climate-impactful portfolios of climate solutions. This process will include the technical review and analysis of climate change mitigation projects and identifying legal, reputational and technical risks associated with these projects, in addition to relying on carbon project rating agencies. This role will be focusing on nature-based solutions, including natural ecosystem conservation and restoration (REDD+ project, reforestation, afforestation, mangrove ecosystems) and access to clean cooking and water.</li>
<li>Review, analyze and follow the development of various international and domestic carbon certification standards, helping CHOOOSE internal team to understand the implication of the evolution of international certification standards (e.g., VCS, Gold Standard), the value and robustness of domestic and proprietary carbon and extra-carbon certification schemes (e.g., British Columbia Offset Protocol in Canada, BioCarbon in Colombia, CCB, etc.) and communicate these in a non-technical manner to our partners.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with CHOOOSE&rsquo;s commercial and customer operations teams&nbsp;to understand our partners&rsquo; interests in and requirements around carbon offsets. In partnership with your commercial, customer operations, and climate solutions colleagues, advise CHOOOSE partners on the carbon offsetting projects we can offer, how they work, what are the potential risks, and benefits of each project, in their context</li>

The Head of Product Marketing will play a critical role in defining and amplifying CHOOOSE&rsquo;s story and in connecting our products with customers. About the role:&nbsp;
The Revenue Operations Manager will play a critical role in building and managing the operational and reporting processes - and all associated tooling - to enable growth within CHOOOSE&rsquo;s Sales and Business Development teams.&nbsp;
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to solve problems, implement new reporting and planning solutions, create operational efficiencies, and deliver successfully against high organizational standards</li>
<li>Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, quarterly and annual planning, working closely with both the Business Development, Implementation and Finance teams</li>
<li>Have experience developing dashboards and operational metrics in a constantly evolving sales organization and defining systems and processes to support the rapid growth of CHOOOSE</li>
<li>Revenue metrics development, cadence management, organizational process design, productivity measurements, operational activity reporting, and global alignment of metrics</li>
<li>Reporting: Ensure accurate reporting across the organization, including team performance, revenue, pipeline, and other metrics as required</li>
<li>Analytics: Execute vision to develop and manage a global revenue dashboard, encompassing key metrics to be reviewed with senior leaders of CHOOOSE</li>
<li>ROI: Provide a ROI metric assessments of projects completed by sales organization, providing ongoing feedback on major initiatives</li>
<li>Systems: Own Salesforce.com and oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal teams.</li>
<li>Lead efforts to standardize and/or evaluate ad-hoc processes around organizational cadence</li>
<li>Prepare weekly senior leader forecast materials and provide ongoing updates on key business growth/metrics to leadership teams</li>
</ul>
Required Skills and Experience:
<ul>
<li>4+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or operational experience in investment banking or management consulting or private equity or venture capital, or business insights / analytics roles.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems. Experience working with data to identify trends and create insights to make recommendations to senior leaders.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a track record of presenting to senior leaders.</li>
<li>Experience onboarding and using the tools required to perform Revenue Ops, including but not limited to:</li>
<ul>
<li>Customer Relationship Management (CRM):&nbsp;Deep knowledge of CRM software (preferably Salesforce); a Salesforce certification is helpful but not required.</li>

<li>Business Intelligence (BI):&nbsp;Demonstrated competency with Sales Intelligence / Business Intelligence software (preferably PowerBI)</li>
