<p>The Analyst is responsible for managing analysis and workflow activities to support the Business Development team.&nbsp; The role reports to the Director of Analysis and directly supports the team&rsquo;s efforts to review, analyze, and recommend renewable energy strategies for the nation&rsquo;s largest real estate owners.</p>

<h1>About The Role</h1>
<p>The Grants Administrator will play a key role on our Workforce Development team managing all aspects of the recent grant funds Solar Landscape was awarded at both the state and federal level.&nbsp; The Grant Administrator will be an instrumental member of this nationally recognized team as they continue to bring educational trainings and support to the communities we serve. The goal of this role and the mission of this team is to make a meaningful difference as we stand on the frontlines of the fight against climate change.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<p><strong>Grant Support Duties: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Works in collaboration with Executive Director and other team members in writing grants.</li>
<li>Conducts research to identify, apply for, administer, supervise, coordinate, and monitor federal, state, and local grants or loans in accordance with applicable standards, regulations, and guidelines.</li>
<li>Interacts with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure that grant projects comply with program guidelines for expenditure, funding, and accountability.</li>
<li>Collaborates with Executive Director on grant income and grant expense amounts. Maintains and verifies payment records, reviews invoices and records receipts.</li>
<li>Gathers statistics required by federal and/or state funding sources.</li>
<li>Assists the Executive Director in monitoring measurable outcomes as required by funding sources.</li>
<li>Coordinates with the Executive Director regarding funding efforts and prepares required grant reports.</li>
<li>Seeks additional funding sources (grant or foundation) to support, expand, and develop new programming in alignment with the vision of the leadership team.</li>
<li>Develops and manages system for tracking grant expenditures and receivables and reviews all grant related payment requests, bills, invoices, and statements.</li>
<li>In cooperation with Executive Director, prepares the Workforce Development program budget.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Other: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Performs additions responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director including making travel arrangements for workforce team.</li>
<li>Actively promotes and supports the organization&rsquo;s mission and vision.</li>
<li>Cultivates and sustains relationships with stakeholders through the community to promote the workforce development mission and our work to develop partnerships, and to ensure access to important information and emerging opportunities. Any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director.</li>

<ul>
<li>Previous experience in community engagement, public relations, education, customer service, or a similar role.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse groups of people.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Knowledge of renewable energy and the solar industry is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>

<p>The Director / VP of Consumer Marketing will&nbsp;identify ideal community solar subscribers and&nbsp;figure out what makes that audience tick. This role will design&nbsp;smart packaging and messaging&nbsp;to communicate Solar Landscape's value proposition and establish a balanced mix of network partners and internal resources to successfully launch multi-channel marketing campaigns. In addition to securing subscribers to support our projects, we'll look forward to ongoing communications to keep our subscribers engaged and recognize their contribution to a sustainable energy future.</p>

<li>Ensure sales collateral materials are visually appealing, consistent with the brand, and effectively communicate key messages.</li>

<li><strong>Build omnichannel DTC acquisition capabilities </strong></li>
</ol>

<li>Develop comprehensive / omnichannel DTC acquisition plan to support full in-house subscriber acquisition. The VP of Cons. Marketing will develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple geographies to fill and manage community solar projects. Specifically, they will oversee following channels:</li>

<li><strong>Build SL&rsquo;s subscriber retention / customer experience (CX) capabilities</strong></li>
</ol>

<li>Create and implement effective customer retention programs to maximize long-term customer value.</li>
<li>Analyze customer data, feedback, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improving customer retention strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience (&ldquo;CX&rdquo;) throughout the customer lifecycle.</li>

<h1>About The Role</h1>
<p>We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Engagement Specialist to join Solar Landscape, a leading renewable energy company focused on providing sustainable solar solutions. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders. You will be responsible for communicating Solar Landscape&rsquo;s messaging to target audiences, including, but not limited to, community partners and individual subscribers via the following: professional networking; telephone outreach; printed literature; web-based material; electronic correspondence; public presentations; industry and community events; and verbal interactions.</p>

<li>Support the development and implementation of community engagement strategies: You will support the development and execution of community engagement plans to promote awareness and understanding of Solar Landscape's solar projects and their benefits. This includes organizing and conducting community events, presentations, workshops, and outreach programs.</li>
<li>Foster positive community relationships: You will engage with community members, local organizations, and government agencies to establish and maintain productive relationships. You will proactively address any concerns or issues raised by the community and ensure open lines of communication.</li>
<li>Conduct stakeholder analysis: You will identify key stakeholders and assess their interests, concerns, and influence on Solar Landscape's projects. This analysis will help inform engagement strategies and ensure effective communication with various stakeholders.</li>
<li>Collaborate with project teams: You will work closely with the project development team to gather and communicate project updates, address community questions or objections, and incorporate community feedback into project plans.</li>
<li>Monitor community sentiment: You will actively monitor and analyze community sentiment, both online and offline, to identify emerging issues or concerns. You will provide timely reports and recommendations to the management team to support decision-making processes.</li>
<li>Customer service management: You will support potential and existing Solar Landscape customers (community solar subscribers) through enrollment, troubleshooting, billing, and other questions via phone, email, or at in person events</li>
