Investment Operations Analyst/Associate

What you’ll do: As an Investment Strategy Associate, you will play a critical role in developing and executing customized investment strategies for our clients, with a focus on passive, public multi-asset and equity portfolios. You will collaborate cross-functionally to innovate and enhance our investment processes, ensuring that they reflect both financial and impact considerations of our clients. Investment Strategy Associate

What you’ll do: Ethic is looking for an emerging People Operations leader with a generalist or business partner background who thrives in a player-coach role.
