We have offices in Los Angeles, Oakland, and remote team members across the US. &nbsp;<h3>The role</h3>We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help scale our go-to-market (GTM) and unlock the next phase of growth for Tyba. You will own the customer acquisition strategy for a curated list of energy storage operators, and execute highly personalized campaigns to engage them with the right message, through the right channel, at the right time. This is a unique opportunity to build a function from the ground up. You will bring experience in demand generation and Account Based Marketing (ABM) to define how we win with key accounts.<h4>Responsibilities:</h4><ul><li>ABM: Develop and execute a research-backed strategy to reach a curated list of high value prospects. You'll identify the best tools, channels, and messaging to create personalized outreach for key decision-makers.&nbsp;‍</li><li>Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, implement and optimize full funnel marketing campaigns to reach and engage prospective customers.‍</li><li>Analysis and Optimization: Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and optimize outreach to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.‍</li><li>Demand Generation: Develop and implement awareness and nurture strategies that showcase Tyba’s expertise, solutions, and success in the clean energy space.‍</li><li>Content Development: Based on account research, craft compelling content (personalized landing pages, tailored blog posts, guides, emails, etc.) to engage key contacts and showcase Tyba’s solution.‍</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales to ensure you are in lock-step, and executing on a shared account plan.</li><li>Systems and operations experience: You’ve help own parts of the marketing tech stack and are able to identify the right tools needed for marketing campaigns.‍</li></ul>‍<h4>Skills and experience:</h4><ul><li>Marketing Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, with expertise in ABM, demand generation, and/or B2B growth marketing.‍</li><li>ABM Expertise: Strong knowledge of ABM strategies, tools, and tactics, with a proven track record of driving engagement and pipeline through targeted outreach.‍</li><li>Analytical Mindset: You’re data-driven, comfortable setting up tracking, dashboards, and reports to measure and optimize campaign performance.‍</li><li>Strong Written Communication Skills: You have experience writing for different formats, and get excited to break down complex topics, policy changes, or data outputs in a way that makes them easy-to-understand.&nbsp;‍</li><li>Action-Oriented: You are willing to get in the weeds writing content, doing account research, configuring outbound campaigns, and more.&nbsp;‍</li><li>Industry Experience (Bonus): Experience in the energy sector or working in a B2B marketing environment with a strong sales-led growth model is a plus! &nbsp;</li></ul>We understand that everyone’s experience is unique, so if you’re excited about this role and eager to make an impact on the clean energy transition but don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway!‍‍<h4>Compensation and Benefits:</h4><ul><li>‍Salary: $110K-$140K, depending on experience and qualifications.</li><li>‍Equity Options: Opportunity to own a stake in the company through an employee stock option plan.‍</li><li>Flexible Work Environment: Hybrid work model with flexible hours and remote work options.</li><li>Unlimited PTO.</li></ul>‍

The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding sales quotas, loves selling highly technical products, and is capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. They will also have experience navigating through organizations, doing deep discovery, and selling to multiple decision makers, both technical and non-technical ones. The position will play an integral role in helping build the foundation of Tyba’s growing commercial organization, working closely with the company’s founders to define sales initiatives, advance deals, and refine the sales playbook for scale.<h4>Responsibilities:</h4><ul><li>Becoming an expert on Tyba’s platform and the renewable energy landscape.</li><li>Conducting discovery calls, presentations, and demos with a broad level of audiences including C-level stakeholders.</li><li>Identifying, uncovering, and developing new account opportunities utilizing solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to close.</li><li>Developing expansion opportunities from our existing customer base and land new target accounts.</li><li>Providing timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively handling your pipeline of opportunities.</li><li>Leveraging cross-functional internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to efficiently navigate sales cycles.</li><li>Tracking all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in CRM.</li><li>Working strategically with management to identify trending opportunities / challenges and provide recommended solutions.</li></ul>‍<h4>Skills and experience:</h4><ul><li>3+ years of experience in a closing role at a SaaS provider with a record of top performance.</li><li>Experience selling technology products and/or services, navigating a complex sales process.</li><li>Early stage SaaS company experience: i.e. between $2M =&gt; $10MM ARR.</li></ul>‍<h4>Compensation and Benefits:</h4><ul><li>‍Salary &amp;&nbsp;Commission: Expected total compensation package (base salary+ commission) ranging from $110k to $250k+.</li><li>‍Equity Options: Opportunity to own a stake in the company through an employee stock option plan.‍</li><li>Flexible Work Environment: Hybrid work model with flexible hours and remote work options.</li><li>Unlimited PTO.</li></ul>‍
