We need site superintendents with experience running commercial solar projects in Maryland.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">During construction, lead and facilitate work on solar projects. </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Monitor the crew's daily work plans to ensure the highest level of workmanship in all elements of the job. <div> Solar Gaines is growing!  We currently need licensed journeyman electricians to complete the electrical work on multiple prevailing wage projects throughout the Baltimore area.  You will be responsible for installing and repairing complex electrical controls, and wiring, working from a technical blueprint. To perform in this role, you need experience in the field working on simple and complex electrical systems.
