The recruiter will give you an overview about the hiring process next steps and will answer any cultural related questions.</p><p><strong>First interview (45 min):</strong> In this interview, you will meet your potential direct colleagues. The goal of this interview is getting-to-know each other and aligning expectations from both ends to get a feeling if this would be a good fit for both sides. </p><p><strong>Pair-programming (1,5 h):</strong> This session is more hands-on and you would dive into a technical challenge in a pair-programming setting with two of your potential colleagues. Getting an idea of your technical skills is, of course, one aspect but most important for us here is to understand how you approach a topic and if you all collaborate well. </p><p><strong>Culture Add(1 h):</strong> In this last step, we want to introduce you to a few other people who you would be working with, so you get a good image of our team in total.
