Your mission <div>You will support our production process in the areas of logistics, battery discharge and dismantling, or mechanical processing — depending on your experience and operational needs:</div><div><ul><li>You will take on operational tasks along the material flow: from incoming goods and storage to the safe discharge and dismantling of batteries, as well as feeding materials into mechanical processing.</li><li>You will coordinate incoming materials, carry out internal transports, and support packaging and shipment preparation.</li><li>You will operate equipment and workstations in your area, monitor ongoing processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.</li><li>You will carry out visual and incoming goods inspections, document processing steps, and ensure proper further processing of materials.</li><li>You will assist with cleaning and basic maintenance tasks and contribute to a safe and orderly working environment.</li><li>You will consistently comply with safety regulations, HV guidelines, and environmental protection requirements — safety is our top priority.</li><li>You will work closely with your colleagues and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.</li></ul></div> Your profile <ul><li>You have completed vocational training, ideally in a technical or skilled trades field; candidates with non-technical backgrounds but a strong technical interest are also welcome.</li><li>Initial experience in production, manufacturing, skilled trades, or a technical environment is a plus, but not required.</li><li>You hold a forklift license and ideally have practical driving experience.</li><li>You work carefully and reliably and have a strong awareness of safety.</li><li>You are willing to learn new equipment and processes — we will provide structured onboarding.</li><li>You are willing to work shifts and perform physical work.</li><li>Knowledge of HV safety standards (HV2E/HV3E) is an advantage, or you are willing to obtain these qualifications with us.</li><li>You communicate confidently in German.
