This role is critical in driving awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for our EMS solutions, which integrate smart thermostat hardware with cloud-based SaaS platforms to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">The leader we seek is a roll-up-your-sleeves </span><b style="font-size:11pt;">builder who executes</b><span style="font-size:11pt;">. We have been a market leader in the B2C space for about 7 years and have also had a B2B business for about 3 years. We know our ICP, which is multi-site retailers, restaurant chains, and allied health services firms (pharmacists, health care providers) with over 30 locations. We have grown our B2B business through strong word-of-mouth referrals driven by  the ease of use of our product and our exceptional customer support. We are now focused on developing our top of funnel by building our brand and growing and engaging our customer community. We need someone who can come in and set the strategy within the first 6-8 weeks, then help us develop (A) a clear B2B brand on our website and social media, (B) content that is useful to our target audience, (C) a community and events strategy, and (D) a messaging/outreach cadence that builds top-of-funnel and community . We are not looking for a bunch of brilliant Google Slides charts. </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">We are looking for someone who can quickly develop a directionally correct B2B strategy, then execute, learn, and iterate to build a B2B brand and drive leads. </span></div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><b>Brand Building</b> – Develop a recognizable B2B brand for Mysa and consistently deliver that brand on the web, via socials, and podcast/video.</li><li><b>Demand Generation &amp; Customer Acquisition</b> – Build the top of funnel for our sales team. Drive multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, email, social, and , events) and ABM strategies to generate leads and engage decision-makers.  Determine our trade show strategy and execute it.</li><li><b>Sales Support</b> – Provide B2B collateral such as case studies, ROI calculators and like. Provide sales messaging regarding key product features and benefits.</li><li><b>Community Building</b> – Figure out how to engage with customers, build referrals, reviews, and advocacy, and get them talking with each other. </li><li><b>Team Leadership &amp; Development</b> – Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.</li></ul><h3>Your Star Qualities:</h3><ul><li>10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a B2B marketing leadership role.</li><li>Proven experience marketing hardware + SaaS solutions in a B2B environment.</li><li>Experience leading demand generation campaigns, lead nurturing strategies, and B2B customer acquisition efforts.</li><li>Ability to manage multi-channel marketing programs, including digital marketing, video, podcasts,  content, email, events, and PR.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics, CRM,and sales/marketing automation tools such as Segment, Customer.io, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Zapier, Chili Piper, and the like.</li></ul><br><div><b style="font-size:11pt;">More About Mysa</b></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">Since entering the North American market in 2018, our thoughtfully-designed-in-Canada smart thermostats for electric heating or cooling have been warmly welcomed into customers’ homes and hearts, garnering  thousands of 5-star reviews.
