This organized, motivated, creative, and results-oriented individual will have had experience managing a team of scientists in creating food products. As a Senior Manager of Engineering, you will help us launch our 30,000 sq ft pilot facility, and guide the team to commercialization to build out large scale production plants. This role will build and lead a team of Process &amp; Mechanical Engineers who you will coach, provide direction, and mentor. You will also work in close collaboration with members of other teams and create the tools, systems, and processes to optimize the company’s production and commercialization of alternative-protein products.As a our Senior Manager of Engineering, you will:<ul style=""><li>Develop the company’s capability to develop and manufacture alternative-protein food products at scale.
