We are the makers of Perfeggt, Lovely Day Food’s product brand, that launched the first generation of plant-based egg replacers in 2022. Together with over 50 food service partners who put Perfeggt on their menu, LDF replaced more than one million chicken eggs with Perfeggt scrambled, omelets, tortillas, quiches, pancakes and waffles. #TheEggWithoutTheHen Our goal is to decouple food production from traditional agriculture, to minimize its environmental impact and create the next generation of food for a kinder future of our planet.
