This leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day real-time operations, ensuring the reliable real-time management of SYSO’s renewable energy assets, and guiding a team of operators to deliver operational excellence.The Supervisor will serve the immediate point of escalation for technical or operational issues while also guiding operators, enforcing best practices, and supporting process improvements.
