Seacork Studio is a bio-based materials company in Vancouver transforming regeneratively harvested seaweed into acoustic panels. Designed to store biogenic carbon and lower embodied emissions, our panels can be reprocessed or composted at their end of life. Seacork supports architects, interior designers, and contractors to meet their acoustic needs while providing a product story that traces to the ocean. Our panels have undergone third-party performance testing and a cradle-to-gate LCA to validate key technical and sustainability claims. To date, Seacork has secured over $1.5M in non-dilutive funding and has commissioned its first pilot production plant.
