Bidgely is seeking a strategic and versatile Part-Time Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a retainer basis. This role will report directly to Bidgely’s Director of Product Marketing. It’s ideal for a self-starter with B2B marketing experience—preferably within the utility, energy, or B2B SaaS industries—who can help craft compelling messaging, support sales teams, and drive go-to-market success through high-impact content and enablement assets. You’ll work cross-functionally to bridge the gap between product, sales, and marketing, helping to tell our story in a way that resonates with target audiences. This is a great opportunity for a veteran product marketer looking for flexible hours or a junior product marketer eager to grow their experience within the energy, AI, and start-up sectors. Key Responsibilities: <ul style='\"margin-top:' margin-bottom:> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Sales Asset Development: <ul> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Create and maintain high-quality sales materials including pitch decks, solution briefs, product one-pagers, and other documents in support of buyer journey. </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Tailor messaging by audience segment and sales stage. </li> </ul> </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Sales Enablement Support: <ul> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Equip sales and business development teams with the tools, messaging, and training needed to engage prospects effectively. </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Support onboarding with core messaging and product positioning guides. </li> </ul> </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Thought Leadership Content Support: <ul> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and edit thought leadership content such as blog posts, executive articles, and webinar narratives. </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Ensure alignment with strategic messaging and industry trends. </li> </ul> </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb font-weight: bold> Analyst &amp; Industry Relations <ul> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Support engagement with industry analysts and key industry influencers across media and associations. </li> </ul> </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Customer Stories Development &amp; Support: <ul> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Support the creation of compelling customer case studies, proof points and customer speaking sessions, including story development, slide development, and sometimes content writing. </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Coordinate with design and marketing to bring stories to life visually. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul style='\"margin-top:' margin-bottom:> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> 2+ years of product marketing or related B2B marketing experience. </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Foundational product/pragmatic marketing skill sets and an eagerness to learn and deliver quality and results. </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, value-driven content. </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Demonstrated success creating sales tools and marketing content that drive engagement and conversion. </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Comfortable working independently and but able to collaborate across stakeholders. </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Able to manage multiple projects in an agile environment. </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Personal communication and collaboration skills … we have a strong team culture with room for honesty and frankness but not bad attitudes or drama. </li> </ul> Preferred Experience: <ul style='\"margin-top:' margin-bottom:> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Background in the utility industry, energy industry, or B2B SaaS </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Familiarity with industry-specific or verticalized marketing approaches </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Generative AI: experience integrating GenAI tools into Product Marketing workflows, or an eagerness to learn how to do so </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Experience supporting executive thought leadership and social content </li> <li style='\"font-size:' font-family: montserrat sans-serif color: rgb> Knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Google Workplace, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) </li> </ul> </div>
