The Role Sofar Ocean builds and deploys thousands of low-cost, global, open ocean sensors to remote and harsh environments, and we're growing! We're seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Lead to join our Supply Chain team. You are an organized, hands-on multitasker who enjoys wearing many hats in a small and fast-moving team. You'll play a core role in managing incoming inventory, assisting with cycle counts, and a variety of other tasks to support the supply chain and production teams. Impact You'll Own Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity. Works closely with production techs and receiving clerks to track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. Our route optimization engine is powered by the global Spotter weather sensor network, providing unique realtime observational data to produce the most accurate marine weather forecasts available, anywhere.
