Who we are looking for We’re looking for a part time QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our Finance and Operations team for 2 days a week (preferably Wednesday/Thursday or Thursday/Friday). In a typical week, you’ll be taking the lead with costs capture and recording; administering our weekly ‘financial close’ which includes time-data submissions from staff; supporting with processing supplier payment ‘runs’; making the relevant entries in QuickBooks with support of the Finance Manager. About you Our ideal candidate meets many - but not necessarily all - of the below criteria: 3+ years minimum bookkeeping experience Experience using ‘QuickBooks’ accounting software Attention to detail; likes to build ‘self-checks’ into their workflows to ensure accuracy Thrives with autonomy.
