Raptor Maps is looking for a high-energy and dynamic Commercial Operations Associate to provide operational support to the sales team. This role will be responsible for managing our CRM system, collaborating across many teams, completing important customer paperwork, and leading project onboarding. The Commercial Operations Specialist is critical to the success of the sales engine. Do you have a passion for working in a fast-paced operational environment? As we scale we’re looking to hire a Commercial Operations Specialist that can learn our system quickly, enable our sales team to do their best work, and ultimately grow with us. Responsibilities
Support Commercial Operations management with important processes: commission program execution, outbound marketing campaigns, and process changes and improvements in support of scaling the business globally
Create and manage sales documentation and SOPs to ensure the Sales team can successfully operate
Complete important customer vendor onboarding paperwork
Collaborate with sales, operations, & business operations team members on project onboarding
Be the main administrator of CRM & CI systems
Follow processes and SOPs and route leads to appropriate sales reps
Own and participate in long-term projects aimed at improving internal efficiency or sales rep productivity
Self motivated, strong analytical skills, a process and systems-oriented mindset, extremely well organized,
Exceedingly strong attention to detail
Must have the ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
Ability to work both individually and collaboratively within a team environment to drive actionable and measurable results
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new technology and practices
Must have experience with spreadsheets and databases(Excel, Metabase, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
Must be primarily located in the contiguous US
Must be authorized to work in the US
Preferred Qualifications CRM experience. Experience with Hubspot, Gong, ZoomInfo, Zoom is a plus!
