The position of Marketing Coordinator for the International Business team involves working directly with the Sales Team for various programs and countries; in addition to attending the organization marketing guidelines.
The primary objective of the Junior Marketing Coordinator role is to implement the marketing strategy and initiatives, to support the sales team, and to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), leading to closed new business. Responsibilities include, preparing promotional strategies, plans and objectives, planning and organizing campaigns, presentations, webinars and updating social media channels. The Junior Marketing Coordinator will proactively take the initiative to identify lead generation opportunities working jointly with the sales team on event/activities coordination. This position reports jointly to the VP of Marketing and to the VP, International Business.

Follow up on marketing attribution, connecting leads to dollars to show impact (MQLs)
Create marketing reports upon request
To implement strategies to establish SCS’ branded standards in the market, including, our recycled content, zero waste, sustainably grown and sustainably rated diamonds standards.
Coordinate events or colleagues’ participation and manage webinar promotion campaigns
Attend marketing team meetings and team priorities
Update company database and CRM systems (Salesforce CRM)
Manage HubSpot dashboards, reporting and analytics
Review content marketing and designs
Conduct competitive research to deliver marketing campaigns
Create and respond to Google, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook ad campaigns to increase search authority, website traffic, and leads
Look after third-party validation at social media marketing
1+ year experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Account Manager, Customer Service, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in Spanish and advanced English proficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Salesforce and HubSpot
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail required
Strong desire to learn about certification services and sustainability programs along with a professional drive
Initiative and ability to work independently and use professional judgement, responsive and adaptive personality
Focused on data driven marketing initiatives
Have good taste for design and can format clean, presentable deliverables.
Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices along with different B2B marketing techniques
Understanding of sales performance metrics

Education and Experience
Bachelors’ Degree in a related field (Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations) or equivalent work experience
Additional Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Salesforce, Outlook, and database management systems preferred
Experience within B2B marketing or related to a third party auditing, certification systems, agricultural operations, ISO 9001:2008 quality systems, or other applicable industry standards and/or knowledge
Portuguese, French or German proficiency

This is an office-based job. Sit 6+ hours per day. Keyboarding 6+ hours per day. Must be able to speak and listen to employees and vendors in person and via online video conference call applications. Observing and support audits may require international travel and extensive hours in the field.
