Expecting to have this role work in strong alignment with the PST time zone What To Expect In This Position: Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and the ESG/sustainability subject matter Work with our in-house ESG/sustainability experts and customers to embed knowledge and best practices into the product Maintain and organize the product roadmap in collaboration with the Product Lead and stakeholders Identify and fill product gaps with new features and improvements that support customer needs and increase product-market fit Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and drive high-quality execution with the development team Develop and improve internal processes Organize, prioritize, and scope requirements based on business and customer impact Be a champion of product quality in collaboration with designers, developers, and QA/QC Understand and resolve product-related blockers across teams Drive product launches by preparing enablement materials; write product documentation for the benefit of internal teams and customers Solicit feedback from customers and the market to understand pain points and needs to deliver high-value product functions with strong usability Collaborate with cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders on product vision and details, and keep the company informed on product details and timelines. What Sets You Apart: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin Experience in Jira, Trello, Monday.com, Asana, or similar task management systems Proven ability to build and expand complex products and deliver solutions for difficult, ambiguous challenges 3-5 years of professional experience in product management with B2B/enterprise customers Demonstrated ability to solicit feedback and build buy-in from stakeholders and users Strong track record of execution with development teams Ability to balance conflicting requirements to deliver strong and valuable features Demonstrated ownership mentality in building great products A strong understanding of technical details for web apps, design, APIs, and integrations Interest in ESG/sustainability topics is a plus, but experience in ESG/sustainability is not required, we’ll teach you! About the Position FiscalNote is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative & detail-oriented marketer passionate about planning & executing compelling campaigns centered around climate, ESG, sustainability, and related topics. As the Demand Generation Marketing Manager, ESG, you would create and manage omnichannel campaigns that will resonate with the target audience to drive them down the marketing and sales funnel. You will develop a deep understanding of the products and value props for your segment and be up-to-date on the latest trends & conversations happening in the ESG space. You will also build strong relationships with sales to ensure alignment around key personas and goals. About the Marketing Team The ESG Marketing Team collaborates across business units to help drive sales and support the company’s growth goals using data and creativity. Through an integrated approach, the marketing team delivers high-quality leads and nurtures them with compelling content and in-person and virtual events, including webinars, blogs, white papers, case studies, social posts, digital ads, and the like. What to Expect in this Position: Develop a deep understanding of the ESG market and buyer personas to create compelling omnichannel (digital, print, event, etc.) campaigns in close collaboration with product marketing, sales, content, and marketing operations. You’ll plan and execute the demand generation program for the product in tandem with the broader FiscalNote team’s best practices while managing against monthly, quarterly & annual goals. Own audience targeting and segmentation, and collaborate across business units to build and launch sophisticated automation programs across Marketo and other MarTech systems. You’ll write amazing demand generation copy across channels- emails, digital ads, and print to capture the audience's interest and keep them engaged as they go down the sales funnel. You’ll manage digital strategy to increase inbound traffic and on-site conversions for target communities, and adopt a data-driven approach to further inform messaging across sales and marketing. Analyze, communicate, and present results of marketing campaigns. Form insights to optimize programs. Adopt a test-and-learn mentality while embracing data.
