Acumen is looking for an Impact Manager with at least 8 years of experience to support the Associate Director of Impact and help the team design and implement Acumen Academy’s Theory of Change and Impact Framework. Impact Framework Design and Implementation <ul><li>Support the AD of Academy Impact on the development of the Theory of Change (TOC), Logframes/logic models, and Impact Measurement plans for all projects (as outlined above) </li><li>Support to the AD of Academy Impact on the development of the Academy Evidence and Measurement Framework</li><li>Lead in creating Indicator Tracking Tables and project dashboards for all projects to measure targets against actuals</li><li>Lead in ensuring all projects have SMART objectives and indicators</li><li>Lead in designing Impact Measurement/(Performance Management Plans) plans that include data flow and analysis plans (co-delivered with data team)</li></ul>2.
