As Sealed’s Strategic Finance Manager, you will report directly to the VP of Finance and work together to build a strategic finance function at Sealed to translate operational data from across the business into sound financial insights in (near) real time to guide the company as we expand across the country and grow our revenue 10x over the next few years. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable using Excel, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Desktop or other similar tools to query, manipulate, analyze, visualize, and communicate historical data and to forecast future results. You will not only utilize the best tool to efficiently answer a question, but will also think about how to optimize that process so that it can be repeated in the future. One day you’ll be building a 3 statement financial model in Excel.  The next day you’ll be working with a large dataset and choose Tableau Prep to combine, shape, and clean the data and then choose Tableau to visualize the results.  The following day, you’ll iterate on the analysis, then use Tableau Online to publish the flow to run every week (or every day) and share a link to the new dashboard with the management team with a clear description of how the information is relevant to them.  Then you’ll circle back and update the company-wide operating model to reflect the learnings. At Sealed, project finance is a core part of our business and the reason that we can cover the upfront cost of projects for our customers.  On each and every project, we receive an advance from our lending partners that is project-specific and based on the projected amount we will bill the customer each month in accordance with the terms of their contract. As the Project Funding Lead, you will support our Finance Team as we expand across the county by managing our relationship with our lending partners and owning the projecting funding process.  With your methodical approach and meticulous attention to detail, we will be assured that projects will be funded on a consistent cadence.
