SUMMARY Nexamp is looking for an IT Help Desk & Infrastructure Technician Tier 2 to be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, both hardware, and software. This position would respond to queries, isolate problems, determine solutions, document, and implement fixes, as well as work on continuing infrastructure projects and improvements in a fast-growing environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as an escalation resource for technical assistance requests via phone, email, chat, or web where T-1 team is unable to resolve due to knowledge or time constraints. Resolve incidents or service requests outside permission scope of T-1, e.g. tasks requiring elevated permissions. Email administration and SharePoint/OneDrive administration are examples of T-2 level permissions. Create and maintain both user-facing and internal documentation. Perform hands on and remote troubleshooting to determine and enact the best solution through diagnostic techniques and asking pertinent questions. Consistently and accurately track incidents and service requests along with their resolutions via tickets and ticket statuses. Follow-up with requests as needed to ensure resolution. Coordinate hardware and software deployments. Maintain accurate inventory. QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented and a team player. Duties and responsibilities include electrical testing, trouble-shooting, writing maintenance reports, tracking cases and mitigating equipment under performance. RESPONSIBILITIES Conducts scheduled and unscheduled field maintenance. Electrical troubleshooting. RESPONSIBILITIES This position will be report to an Associate of the Capital Markets Team and will be responsible for the execution and performance of capital markets activities, including, but not limited to: Enhance corporate and project-level financial models Assist project acquisition, development and asset management teams with financial models including new market or new product offerings Assist with corporate and project-level debt and equity financings Prepare CIMs and other company and/or portfolio level analyses necessary to market our offerings to external financing parties Keep an active pulse on trends in the renewable energy debt and equity markets Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, cash flow forecasts, etc) Prepare qualitative memos that will be presented to senior management for investment decisions Support senior management and FP&A Director with financial planning and analysis QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or related field 0 - 2 years of investment banking, valuation, accounting, applied mathematics, quantitative analytics experience or relevant coursework preferred Financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and accounting skills / knowledge preferred Ability to communicate effectively with the Capital Markets team, executive management and all departments across the organization Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Creative mindset with proven analytical ability and attention to detail Superior organizational and time management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in renewables, energy, or infrastructure preferred, but not required If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, but see yourself contributing, please submit an application.  We encourage people from minority or marginalized groups to apply.
