<h2>Join Hoxton Farms as our first-ever Business Development Associate.</h2>As our Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in taking cultivated fat to market in the UK, Asia and beyond. You’ll be responsible for winning new commercial opportunities and managing key customer relationships. Working in a world-class startup backed by top investors, you’ll invent new business models for a remarkable product at the interface between food and biotech. You’ll play a critical part in our mission to launch a deliciously fatty ingredient that will transform the future of food. Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate with our product development and R&amp;D teams as we refine our go-to-market plan and sell Hoxton Fat to the food industry across multiple channels. You’ll identify valuable partnership opportunities, rapidly adapting your strategy and tactics as Hoxton Farms’ product development and manufacturing roadmap evolves. The partnerships that you build will be key to defining a new category in the food industry.To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about commercialising complex technologies. You must be proactive and flexible, equally comfortable researching new market opportunities, maintaining our CRM, developing recipes with our product development chef, preparing technical sales materials or pitching our products to customers. You’ll need to develop a deep understanding of our product and business model, tailoring your tactics for each customer. Compared to traditional fat, cultivated pork fat is healthier and more scalable. Hoxton Farms have commercial traction with meat/CPG companies including some of the largest food companies in Asia.</li><li>Cost and scale. Hoxton Farms have patented scalable, low-cost, high-yield bioreactors for mammalian stem cells. We opened a pilot production facility in London in 2023.</li><li>Team. Working alongside brilliant engineers, biologists, and mathematicians, you will build novel protocols and technologies to drive our progress towards large-scale manufacture.At every step, you’ll play a huge role in shaping the future of a dynamic startup.As a Bioprocess Engineer, you will work within our scale-up team to improve our production process and get our technology ready for our next manufacturing facility. You will coordinate with the Models and Hardware teams to incorporate new instrumentation to monitor critical parameters in pilot-scale and industrial systems. <h1>We're looking for a Head of Manufacturing to lead our awesome team.</h1>As Head of Manufacturing, you will be responsible for technical leadership of Hoxton Farms’ bioprocessing programme, including bioreactor design, process development and large-scale production.Working with company leadership, you will use your deep technical expertise to supervise development of large-scale operations, plan project roadmaps and define the long-term strategic direction of our bioprocess R&amp;D and production.
