 Position Responsibilities This person will assist the hydro commercial team at Natel with financial and analytical support to drive turbine sales and project development. Natel seeks a highly analytical, hard-working and self-directed individual who can work across the hydropower development team and turbine sales teams focused on the following: - Creation of financial models and project proformas - Analysis of new market opportunities - Due diligence of potential sites, including environmental, regulatory, and power market challenges and opportunities - Maintain an active pipeline of turbine sales and development projects work streams - Liaise between commercial and engineering teams 
Qualifications - Undergraduate degree in Finance, Mathematics/Economics, Engineering or related field - 2-5 years of experience with a preference for work in management consulting, renewable power development, private equity investing, or related field - Strong financial modeling skills in Excel required - Passion for the environment and renewable energy - Experience with renewable energy project development and project management strongly preferred - Some experience with contract negotiations a plus but not required - Strong work ethic and commitment to a high standard of excellence - Superb analytical skills and ability to synthesize data and clearly communicate findings of analyses - Detail oriented with an uncompromising desire for timeliness and accuracy of data while balancing multiple assignments - Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment - Entrepreneurial spirit: flexibility to do whatever it takes and ability to succeed in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment; resourceful and creative in approach to research and problem- solving - Useful skills: Streak, Slack, Google Suite, Smartsheet, strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word
