Growth You’ll Foster

Regrow is looking for a Brand and Marketing Designer to bring the marketing vision to life. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to help elevate the Regrow brand by supporting marketing programs and company initiatives. Programs will include evolving the Regrow brand, developing integrated campaigns, presentations and sales collateral, website, landing pages, and social media to name a few. To be successful in this position you must be passionate about our industry, able to navigate between big and small projects, and collaborate across all functions of the company. 

What You'll Do as a Brand and Marketing Designer

• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders to create on-brand, visually creative communications across a wide range of channels and projects, small and large
• Synthesize constructive feedback and incorporate it into project iteration
• Effectively communicate design ideas both verbally and in writing
• Assist in evolving the Regrow brand
• Come up with innovative visual solutions, and bring new life and energy to your work
• Translate and evolve existing designs to various sizes and form factors through expert product knowledge and techniques
• Partner with stakeholders and ensure that projects are completed with quality and delivered on time

What We're Looking For

• 4-7 years of experience in marketing/advertising/brand design (in-house or agency), b2b experience a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communications, Art & Design
• A well-rounded portfolio with examples of marketing, brand, and sales collateral work
• Solid experience and understanding of UI and UX best practices
• Demonstrated experience working within brand guidelines and design systems
• Proficiency in design software, including but not limited to Adobe CC Suite, Figma, Canva 
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding visual communication skills
• Maintain high-quality creative, be able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

Nice to have

• Experience designing for a B2B tech brand
• Motion graphics, illustration, and video editing skills
• Experiences building incredible digital experiences with Webfow
