What you will do
As a Sales Expert and Consultant (m/f/d) you are part of a team that works enthusiastically with national and international companies and accompanies them on their way to more climate protection. 
With an excellent eye for the needs of our customers, as Sales Manager you will take over the entire sales process for a customer base that you will play a key role in expanding.

  • You understand the specific requirements of our customers and constantly optimize your strategy for acquiring new customers
  • You convince companies to take effective measures in climate protection by using our solutions
  • You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation, through personal appointments, to closing the deal
  • You have a strong sense for the individual approach of potential new customers
  • You will represent ClimatePartner at conferences, trade fairs and customer meetings
  • You will contribute sustainably to the economic success of our team and the company
Who you are
  • You have relevant professional experience in B2B sales, key account management or in consulting 
  • You communicate and sell with enthusiasm and think entrepreneurially 
  • You work in a structured and results-oriented manner
  • You are used to dealing with complex tasks and finding pragmatic solutions
  • You have experience with MS Office
  • You speak German on a native speaker level and have a very good command of English 
  • You have a great passion for sustainability and climate protection
