QA Engineer, Mobile (Remote)

As a seasoned and experienced QAE for Native App mobile team, you will be part of a fast moving development team, launching major products that has customer impact across globe. Our ideal team members thrive in a rapidly changing environment, relish finding and stretching system limits, enjoy the challenge of highly complex business contexts (that are typically being defined in real-time), and, above all, are passionate builders of consistent, scalable, and maintainable automation frameworks and tools.
An experienced, passionate, hard-working, and talented Quality Assurance Engineer who have experience building innovative and mission critical end-2-end test software applications that support the Aspiration ML solutions. You will have an enormous opportunity to make a large impact on the quality of our ML solutions and customer experience. An opportunity to learn latest and emerging technologies. 

What You'll Do

• Work with stakeholders to define and solidify the end-2-end Native app test requirements for Aspiration products with ML solutions and rich customer experiences.
• Establish new test frameworks and processes for testing Aspiration products with ML solutions in an E2E Native app manner using highly scalable software infrastructure and tools.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver the end-2-end test solutions against aggressive schedules for Native mobile team.
• Conduct the end-2-end test for assigned products and deliver the test reports against the aggressive schedule.
• Demonstrate technical excellence in all aspects of assigned technical projects.
• Develop and launch core product features
• Influence our overall strategy by helping define product features, drive the system architecture, and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product
• Interact with cross-functional engineering teams across Aspiration
• Work in an agile environment to deliver high quality software, Well versed with Load & performance, Security , Accessibility , different forms of testing & automation

What You'll Bring

• Experience in manual testing
• 4-6 years of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• 3+ years of Experience in automation testing
• Hands on experience with Selenium or Appium using Java or Python or any other programming language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-6 years of experience as a software developer, QA Engineer, or SDET
• 4-6 years designing, implementing, and running test cases
• 4-6 years working with test processes, methodologies, tools, and technology
• 3+ years performing functional and UI testing, quality reporting· Ability to triage issues, react well - to changes, work with teams and ability to multi-task on multiple products and projects
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles and highly methodical test discipline, applicable to all product development cycles
• Demonstrated experience with standard QA and development tools, and the ability to operate within short release cycles
• Ability to understand functional and technical specifications and analyze data and output logs.
• Knowledgeable in at least one programming or scripting language
• Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings
• Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills
