Covid Vaccination Policy
At CleanCapital, we value and prioritize a safe work environment and require all employees who will be physically entering any CleanCapital office to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Individuals with medical issues or religious beliefs or practices that prevent them from getting the vaccine may request an exemption from the vaccine requirement. Employee’s will be expected to attend 2+ in person team meetings on an annual basis.
This position will assist with the review and analysis of legal documentation and project contracts to support BQ Energy’s development goals. The Associate will be responsible for thoroughly reviewing all contracts, policies, and documents related to both new development opportunities, such as real estate site control and lease-option agreements, and those of ongoing projects, including but not limited to joint development agreements, deadlines, requirements, and property tax documentation. Coordinating data room uploads and managing digital files, the Associate will assist with day-to-day contract organization and communication with partners, especially as projects progress through development, sales, and financing. This position will work closely with BQ Energy and CleanCapital’s legal and development teams to assist in due diligence processes as needed.
BQ Energy has an exciting and dynamic startup atmosphere and the Associate will receive best-in-class experience on how to support and manage project contracts and diligence efforts for a diverse portfolio of renewable energy assets. This position has a location preference for the Hudson Valley, New York, although some activities may be completed remotely. CleanCapital and BQ Energy have headquarters in Wappingers Falls, NY; Buffalo, NY; and New York City, NY.
