The Senior Project Manager, Innovation Programs (Consumer Financial Services) will be a member of the innovation team and will be responsible for contributing to the evaluation and identification of opportunities within consumer financial services products. Managing innovation initiatives from research to launch, making recommendations, and coordinating with internal teams throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have a background in Fintech developing and launching consumer financial services products.
What You'll Do
Manage a pipeline of innovation projects focused on climate-friendly consumer financial services
Responsible for ongoing ideation, validation, business plan development, product design and development of go-to-market strategies
Lead the evaluation of financial, legal, regulatory, technology, market demand, competitive and corporate strategic factors in developing a prioritized roadmap of consumer financial services product innovations
Develop strategic partnerships to execute go-to-market requirements
Evaluate build vs buy vs partner options for required capabilities
Coordinate with internal teams (Product/Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, Communications) to manage prioritized innovation initiatives to launch
Represent your projects in respect of progress, status updates, risks, issues and provide periodic reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer and other business leaders
Coordinate with other members of the Innovation project management team in relation to dependencies across technical areas
Track and drive deliverables against dates
What You'll Bring
8+ years of experience in Fintech consumer financial services product development and launch
Relevant experience in product management, project management or program management
Ability to drive decision making in a collaborative team environment

Startup/tech company experience a plus
