View Company ProfileWe’re looking for a Vice President, People and Culture to lead the vision, strategy, development, and execution of our human resources, talent, and culture management strategy and initiatives. You will partner with the executive team and key stakeholders to ensure the advancement of an empowered, diverse and mission-driven team, and actively plan for future talent and culture needs. You are equally comfortable engaging at a strategic level while rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. This is a new role at a fast-growing company, affording you the opportunity to directly impact the success and growth of the business. You have a passion to confront climate change and empower communities to build a better future. Overall compensation (base salary + discretionary bonus or commission if sales) for this role will be provided commensurate with years of experience and qualifications within the following range: $170,000 - $215,000 plus health and wellness benefits.
