Who We Are
Culdesac is a real estate and technology startup that builds cities for people, not cars. Our goal is to create the first car-free city in the US. We started by creating the first car-free neighborhood built from scratch in the US - Culdesac Tempe, a $170 million mixed-use neighborhood development for 1,000 residents opening in 2022. The neighborhood covers 17 acres and features 55% open space, shared courtyards, and abundant bookable spaces. Culdesac is the co-developer and tech-enabled property manager.

r who is excited to be both the welcoming first contact at our office as well as the dedicated person behind the scenes who makes day-to-day process and key events successful. A variety of experiences or backgrounds will have prepared you for this role and may include: customer service, service industry, event coordination, front/back office.The Requirements

Comfortable taking incoming requests
from team members and external parties and deciding how to prioritize them in our current processes or escalating to leadership for more direction.
Demonstrated ability and track record as a multi-tasker
that thrives working autonomously.
Willing and able to complete outdoor tasks such as ensuring the office parklet plants are thriving or running between our properties
to support the needs of the team or our residents.
Uses tech and automated processes
to track regular tasks while being proactive about tackling ad hoc opportunities to make the Culdesac office or hosted events great places to be.
Prioritizes a lifestyle leveraging public transportation, micromobility,
and other alternatives to private cars.Locations
We're headquartered in Tempe, AZ, with our office located in the heart of downtown Tempe. We encourage employees to work in our beautiful Tempe office and offer relocation assistance to those who’d like to move to Tempe.
