Wunder currently holds more than $1 billion in solar assets under management and capital commitments. Our team has evaluated more than 10,000 properties for solar across all 50 states. Our average solar system - about 480 kilowatts in size - can offset 350,000 pounds of coal burned each year of system operation! 


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build a pipeline of qualified solar development projects for our Account Management team through prospecting, cold calling, and working closely with your counterparts on the Account Management team

  • Research, contact and qualify leads for the Account Management Team (inbound and outbound)

  • Create and evolve effective email and social media strategies for outreach to prospects

  • Work closely with the Account Management Team to support and execute on their strategies

  • Update and become an expert in Salesforce and Astra (our internal software)

  • Work cross-functionally and create strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders

  • Learn and aid in critical skills in the sales process like meeting preparation, follow-up and closing

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Passionate about renewable energy and making an impact

  • Recent graduate with an internship or 1-2 years of sales experience

  • Intelligent, curious and driven to succeed in a career in tech startups and sales

  • Hard-working and persistent, putting in the time before and after meetings to deliver great results

  • Openness to coaching and training

Benefits & Perks:

The base salary range for this role is $58,500 - $78,000 per year, plus equity in the form of stock options. Wunder determines the successful candidate's compensation package throughout the interview process based on experience and expertise, and the final compensation package will be discussed with the candidate during the final stages of the interview process.
