Where in the world of Kaluza will I be working?
You’ll be joining the Agile Delivery Management function as a Lead Agile Delivery Manager with line management responsibilities, reporting to the Head of Agile. We are a small, collaborative team working in an organisation that is growing with around 40 teams at present. Agile Delivery Managers partner very closely with the Agile Coaches in the company, forming a strong community interest who look to improve ways of working across the company. We collectively look to improve the operating system of Kaluza.
What will I be doing?
As Lead Agile Delivery Manager at Kaluza, you will be part of our Platform Foundation Sphere. Platform Foundations focus on providing a reliable set of services, engineering practices, governance and developer tooling that allow the platform to scale. You will be responsible for line management of a number of Agile Delivery Managers, helping them develop in their careers and for the delivery of strategic objectives working closely with our empowered product teams
