As cove.tool's Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels that include both inbound and outbound tactics. These programs will include outreach to our existing database through marketing automation; lead generation through events, trade shows, digital marketing, and email programs; and optimizing the use of our own web site as a lead generation channel. You will also lead a team of marketing professionals supporting lead generation. The ideal candidate will be extremely entrepreneurial, with a strong track record of driving leads and revenue for SaaS companies and able to motivate and hold the team accountable for activities and quarterly goal attainment. This position reports to the VP Marketing and requires extensive collaboration with Marketing, Research, Sales, and Customer Success. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inbound and outbound demand generation channels and develop integrated paid and organic B2B campaigns that drive new cove.tool leads and nurture our existing database of leads 
  • Determine the tactical mix between email, digital advertising, SEO, webinars, tradeshows and social 
  • Manage and optimize the budget allocation across campaigns 
  • Configure and build campaigns within marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot) 
  • Identify content needs for campaigns 
  • A/B testing of campaigns to increase success rate
  • Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend 
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation system (i.e., HubSpot) to better nurture leads, increase conversion rates to marketing qualified leads and improve the integrity of the overall database 
  • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps 
  • Own monthly and quarterly goal achievement and reporting 
  • Maintain a feedback loop between sales & marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration and sales conversions
  • Work with the content and design teams to create compelling and consistent messaging & design for email, digital and social media campaigns 
  • Develop and execute strategy to ensure inbound traffic to website converts into leads 
  • Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors that contribute to the demand creation programs 
  • Develop our account-based marketing programs to help land and expand key accounts 
  • Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, subscription management and compliance with opt-in laws and regulations 
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR and other relevant regulations  

 

 Required Skills:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in demand generation with experience in B2B SaaS organizations 
  • Expert in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, lead scoring, nurturing programs, list management, segmentation, and targeting 
  • Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns 
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills 
  • Experience influencing and communicating product offers to customers and prospects as demonstrated by excellent written (including copywriting and proofreading) and oral communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail 
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing automation and sales automation systems, particularly HubSpot
