Who are you? 

ClimateView is looking for the right person to take on the exciting new role of Account Executive US. You will work in an international, fast-moving start-up company that really makes a difference in the world. Flexibility, energy, and speed are must-haves. 

ClimateView has a tight group on US soil already. You will be in good company with our CEO and other key employees. As a vital part of our workforce in the US, you will spearhead our regional operation, assess your market, identify sales opportunities, manage customer evaluations, and execute our strategy for growth. 

Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role will function as a critical part of our US go-to-market strategy. 

You will work closely with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Development teams.  
 

 Responsibilities 
  • Ownership of sales performance, growth, and revenue targets 
  • Assess your market, identify sales opportunities, manage customer evaluations, and execute our strategy for growth. 
  • Ensure the proper use of CRM (HubSpot) and tools to track performance 
  • Support Product Development, Customer Success, and Marketing in monitoring market trends and providing competitor analysis 

 

 Qualifications & skills 
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent level qualification 
  • Extensive and proven experience of successful consultative SaaS sales within GovTech and/or B2G with 3-5 years experience. 
  • Strong hunter profile with the ability to build and develop own pipeline in the domestic market 
  • Highly skilled relationship manager, able to demonstrate negotiation and organizational skills 
  • Structured sales professional to drive a pipeline with prospects and clients throughout the sales process in CRM (HubSpot). 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to learn and iterate in a very dynamic environment (Series A tech start-up)
