What You'll Do
Own the product vision, strategy, KPIs and roadmap for how our members use our credit card products.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-impact Product Managers working on your domain
Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative credit-related features and products.
Build a deep understanding of our customer’s needs and continuously update based on the latest customer feedback and data.
Identify and analyze growth opportunities, understanding their business impact and trade-offs to influence prioritization in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Data and Analytics, Operations) on implementation.
Identify customer experience detractors and key levers to improve customer experience
Analyze qualitative and quantitative research to identify, prioritize and iterate on product opportunities.
Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle with a team of world-class designers and engineers.
Ensure that Aspiration customers have a remarkably intuitive, helpful and reliable experience managing their credit card account.
What You'll Bring
7+ years of experience at leading technology companies in Product Management or other roles bridging business and technology
3+ years of fintech or consumer-based financial services experience. Solid understanding of the credit or lending domain, including underwriting, account management, payments, and rewards.
A proven history of owning a product and driving growth
Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions
An entrepreneurial mindset, ready to assemble and lead cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills and possess the ability to distill key takeaways quickly
Proven ability to create high quality, high impact experiences with considered haste.
Ability to lead in a collaborative team environment.
A primal obsession with our customer’s financial success.
Experience with FIS, Alloy, Experian, Mastercard, and/or Plaid a plus
